Does anyone have a stutter which happens when in a quiet room?

Does anyone have a stutter which happens when in a quiet room? Bit of background. I work in an office taking calls and recently I had a 2 second block stutter which has made me overthink what I’m going to say before I talk to someone on the phone and it has started to become worse. It seems that it gets worse when everyone around me is not on a call or is just not talking. Does anyone else have this? If so, how do you prevent it? Thanks,
