I met one, and he was on my bowling team. He was tightly wound and forced his way through every block. I wanted to talk to him in private about it but never got a chance too. Once I stopped trying to power through everything and listened to my body and focused on my breath. (Pausing and take a deep inhale through my nose when I felt a block, along with gentle onset or just skipping the entire first syllable) I started speaking more fluently naturally. I think we focus way too much on it, I did some intense psychedelics in hopes to rid my stutter while the whole experience was so blissful and healing the thought of stuttering was so little and not important. I still try to connect to that feeling when I get in situations where I’m nervous and prone to stutter.
