Mad respect for your grit. Seriously. But honest question: How’s your mental health holding up? I tried to power through like that, but eventually, I crashed. I ended up depressed and bedridden for 3 years because I pushed past my limits. Please don't burn yourself out. Think of text as just another weapon in your inventory. You don't even have to use it. Maybe just type what you need to say on your phone and keep it in your pocket. Just knowing it's there as a backup 'safety net' might lower your anxiety enough to actually help you speak better. And if you really get stuck, you can just show it. It’s worth a try to add it to your arsenal. Keep fighting (and rest sometimes).
