I’m a speech language pathologist and I am familiar with delayed auditory feedback (aka DAF) technology, which can be very effective. Some people report reduced effectiveness a few years down the line after using a DAF device like this one. But in my view, that is usually because they relied on them 24/7. The key, if you do get one like this or similar, is to use it as a tool. So wear it when you really need support, not every single moment. That way your brain doesn’t fully adapt and you keep getting the same benefit long term. Regarding your question, I have not tried this device but it seems to be using delayed auditory feedback in what looks like a hearing aid shell. Hope this helps
