I really like your attitude and advice, but disagree with calling a speech impairment a minor thing. Communication is such an important aspect of life that too many people take for granted. When you have a severe stutter like me, it influences many aspects of my life. It's makes it hard to make new friends, to find a SO or a get job at my own educational level. Calling that minor feels like belittling my daily struggle.
