My name starts with an E, and I can never get it out. If I can get past the E sound, I'm fine, but it usually takes me a full minute to get past that first letter. What I usually do is avoid the question completely and be in groups of people that will just say my name for me. That way, it's at least a little easier to get past the introductions.
