Notice how your breath is in flow..... relax, just observe it... in, out, in out.... watch how, by doing so, you chill out, your mind calms. After while, make a sound as you exhale... again, see how effortlessly and in flow that is and feels. Start playing with it: make a word sound. One big thing you may notice is you are no longer in a negative mindset: the proof of your creative ability to build upon and go anywhere without fear is right in front of you. Your infinite potential never leaves you. It is who you are. You've just got caught up in a habit of negative thinking. Good news is: you can change it.
