I'm really sorry. Sometimes siblings can be more insensitive than strangers. I'm guessing you don't want to make a big deal out of it, but I don't think it would be bad if you mentioned to your sister how it made you feel. Even if you thihk she knows it wasn't a good thing to say, hearing that it made you feel shitty the rest of the afternoon can be a good education.
