Sorry you're struggling. I know the feeling and it's so frustrating. My limited experience in speech therapy was basically a professional teaching me techniques and then working with me on applying them. While it was helpful, I found that I was able to get basically the same effectiveness out of doing self-therapy aided by [Self Therapy for the Stutterer](https://www.stutteringhelp.org/sites/default/files/Migrate/book0012_11th_ed.pdf). That book covers essentially the same techniques my therapist did plus a few more. It's free and not very long. It may help you, too.
