The struggle is real. We all know it. Fortunately, we live in a time where we can mitigate a lot of our weakness through the use of computers. Texts, email, posts on Reddit. Try to focus on productive activities that don't require using your voice when times are dire. Write. Draw. Do something to release the stress. As far as the actual stuttering, if you haven't had speech therapy yet to learn some fluency techniques, it would be prudent to do so. For your presentations and general professional life, if you don't already do so, it's a good idea to let your audience know that you stutter beforehand. This can help take off the pressure of hiding your stutter as you have already named the elephant in the room. I know this notion isn't too helpful, but things could always be worse. I would rather stutter than be blind. I would rather stutter than be born in a 3rd world war zone with no hope of a decent life. Try to keep things in perspective. You have a community out in the world that can empathize and relate to you. Find them. Befriend them.
