I can't speak for every college in the world, but you would be surprised just how little people care. My stutterering has decreased quite a bit in the past year. People are just nicer, more approachable, and less judgmental in college. Also, if you're having a particularly bad day, just let the person you're talking to know that you're a stutterer. I did, he said "Oh, OK," and that was that. Things are gonna get a lot better for you, man. :)
