Pretty much all jobs suck that's why they have to pay you to do them. Seeking personal fulfilment and social connections via employment is a huge mistake. Go to work, do the job, keep plenty of distance from staff. Cultivate a social life outside of work. Get the paycheck and have fun far away from work.
