Almost everyone who talks has repetitions at least sometimes. Lots of people have frequent repetitions that are minimally impactful, bc they are able to move to the next sound easily. Fewer people go to extraordinary lengths to conceal their repetitions. Those “lengths” are ironically the thing that eventually can become debilitating (word switching, avoidance behaviors, isolation, unexpected body/face movements, etc).
