Im an old guy who has had many different kinds of therapies from SLPs over my lifetime. Unfortunately they either didn't work or didn't last. As others have said, unless you have stuttered its hard to realize how hard it is to actually apply many of the therapies long term like fluency shaping, etc even when you work hard at it. As a SLP, I do commend you as you seem to be opened minded and not married to any specific therapy. If its allowed here, I would like to recommend a book for SLPs. It contains techniques that has helped me achieve more fluency than other therapies. https://www.amazon.com/Speech-Professionals-GUIDE-Helping-Stutterers/dp/1666413550/ref=mp_s_a_1_6?crid=VEBJ01W9UG19&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.jYJkNX2BLTRZ5m314-ekO7ATBhfRcw644mPPfCcD6REvTLyygwKAXbbVm7r2ONIxhaqQjND5fsEpEEuQtL31PMtVROjjb5WteO1k4vRUH28hAIe8ewrN3e0EHULpf5XrsZNTGK7p69AlSSME_owP8d9o81hylWCSXHcFYJAINuKlgoQmgoQZokBgsdQvSOaS2iZ_mzvf5dkUFL1NOtWdGQ.SJ26LszlrVKvew7gxrwRyT1BGQ0XhNL78hmvkXWm1AE&dib_tag=se&keywords=stuttering+slp&qid=1774664961&sprefix=stuttering+slp%2Caps%2C259&sr=8-6
