Anyone tried "Self-Therapy For The Stutterer"?

Anyone tried "Self-Therapy For The Stutterer"? I stumbled upon this book a while ago but didn't give it much thought.. Now I am taking a second look at it though. Has anyone tried it before? What are your thoughts on it? Oh.. some background on me. 25 year old male.. stuttered my whole life. I know its anxiety based. I know I can get to a point where I speak fluently for most of the time.. just not sure how to do it.
