I'm a team leader in a huuuge corporation. I'm also struggling with stuttering, it was quite bad when I was younger but the best way for me to tackle with this issue is mediation. It's not only the way to make your mind calmer, but it's also a way for you to take control. Self-control, keeping your emotions at bay and focusing everything that you have in you in order to overpower your affliction. You are in charge. Not your stuttering. Not ever has is been, not ever will it be. It's only as bad as you see it. Breathe in, breathe out. Speak. If you notice that there are some words that you struggle with, erase them. Breathe in, breathe out. Stuttering is far too complex for our begginer level neuroscience to fight with. Stuttering does not define you, unless you allow it. Sure, there are worse days. But overall make sure that every day counts. You will fail and fall many times. It doesn't matter. The only thing that matters is that you keep going forward. Damn, it turned out to be really emotional post. Cheers
