How do you guys meet anyone or met your partner?

How do you guys meet anyone or met your partner? So obviously meeting anyone at a bar or a club or a party is absolutely no no for me. I do go to college and about to transfer to a university and I think maybe I can meet someone there. If I do know someone and I’m comfortable with them my stutter decreases and confidence increases as I know the other person do not care about my stutter but the thing is how do you guys initiate a conversation and meet someone?
