I live in the GTA, I linked an Ontario guide to using TTY. I actually haven't used this service or even knew what it was for or what TTY meant until today. Wish I could have been of more help. But thank you for posting about this as I've learned something useful today and can use TTY in the future in case of important bank related phone calls I need to take care of.
