Exactly my situation, you described it perfectly. I literally get locked up when I talk to people. I can’t even say the words I think are easy to say. Sometimes I can’t say anything at all. I’m actually very extroverted, but the stutter and the social anxiety that comes with it make me act so introverted. I like joking around, talking to people, and hanging out. But the stutter holds me back from being who I really am. It’s a fight every day just to say even one sentence. But this won’t be my whole life. You, I, and everyone else can get through this and speak comfortably while being ourselves. It just takes a lot of practice and exposure.
