Hi VarVB, I have seen great positive changes in my speech after thoroughly following John Isaac's material. My speech is more smooth now and the stammers/blocks have reduced considerably. But I had to follow his material thoroughly, initially i was being lazy but then i like what the heck! But once i started following what he teaches, i started to see the changes. takes a bit of time but its worth it.
