This sounds like a terrible HR. Stuttering is not something that defines our ability to do a job or not. If you didn’t meet their qualifications in any other way- not enough experience for example, that’s one thing. But to not hire someone because they can’t speak fluently is garbage. It doesn’t sound like a company you should be working for in the first place
