I am a speech pathologist, and I encourage you to go see one, this time look for what experience/ approach the slp has with fluency. I find that fluency is an area many slp's are not comfortable or competent in to provide therapy, and that is ok.. as long as they refer you to one who is! There are also some great support groups for people who stutter (some are online) that I encourage you to look into.
