Yes, foreign languages are much harder. Luckily I don't have to use them too often though. What's interesting, though, is that if I inflect a certain accent it can sometimes make it easier to speak. For example, a southern (United States) drawl is more casual and loose, and seems to make it easier to speak, whereas Mandarin is more difficult.
