I had my first job interview about a year ago, i was only 18 at the time with no prior experience so I got basic questions. I stuttered a little bit throughout the prior questions, and then when I was asked what are my strength and weaknesses, I used my stutter as a strength and explained how it forces me to step out of my comfort zone in situations I would normally avoid, and the HR lady told me I should be really proud of myself as it’s typical for a lot of people to never come out of there comfort zones, we shared a few laughs over it and the rest of the interview went so smoothly, it took a massive weight off of my shoulders.
