So I called my therapist and left a message that went something like this...

So I called my therapist and left a message that went something like this... "Hi [insert therapist's name here], its um... um, um, um [insert my name here]. When you get this message can you please give me a call? That would be great. Thanks." I *HATE* how I can't say my own name! Its embarrassing. She called me back and left a message. She knows I'm a stutterer and that I kinda go in phases of stuttering all the time to rarely, back to always... etc. Anyways, she didn't say anything thankfully, not that I thought she would though.
