Therapy (Psychologist) Experiences Hello all, I've been the process of looking into a therapist and although I'm looking forward to working through some difficult topics, I'm apprehensive about how my stutter will influence the session. I've already decided to disclose during my first session. I'm more nervous because like some, my stutter can get worse depending on how emotional I may get and topic. Plus, it's a new experience which only adds to may possible worry. What have been some of your experiences? What advice would you give someone new to the therapy experience?
