Yeah I also don't have good experiences with speech therapy. Been to several and they either don't help or they make it worse. I know I'm not supposed to expect them to magically cure me but I honestly saw no value in them. So I stopped because I couldn't really afford it any longer. This isn't to say that people shouldn't try their hand at it though. They definitely should
