Go out and expose yourself like exposure therapy. This time stutter on purpose, try to stutter, it goes against what most stutterers think. Expose yourself, do things you fear, and deliberately try to stutter. It’ll teach your brain it’s all in your head, it’ll ease your nerves, and tell your brain that everything’s alright, no one died, the world still spins, it’s all good, it’s ok.
