Ok, here are a list of techniques that help a lot of people. 1. when you hear the phone ring, take a deep breath prepare your self. Then answer. 2. Have an object to focus your eyes on, this could be anything. Just something to focus on, some people have an image of a person on their monitor and look at their eyes for example. 3. Take your time, dont rush. Take deep breaths before each sentence 4. If you block, just breath out and try again. Its better to stop, then to push through the block These techniques, I know help people. For myself personally im also awful on the phone... if you cannot explain to her that is causes you unneeded stress then try to use those techniques
