Little tricks that helped me were chewing gum (because ur mouth is always busy) and having water on me at all times (if ur forced to go to school all day and maybe ur anxious some of the time or most of the time, I personally feel better when I know I have water to moisten my mouth again and it’s like the gum too it just gives u something to kinda do - one thing I’ve heard that really helps stutterers is to have a pen in their hand and to be fiddling with it as they talk) - hope this helps! Another thing that helped me in university was to do a 45 minute guided meditation called Body Scan which relaxes your ENTIRE BODY it’s amazing ! -> Dr. Ellen Silverman wrote a good book on mindfulness/meditation and her stuttering too if you’re interested.
