Being social is more than talking. In my experience this I what I did Talk less, be a great listener. People love talking about them selves, they all have a "i won't shut up about this topic " button. But show genuine interest. Just ask questions. Even if you stutter don't get flustered, show confidence. they will ignore that you stutter at all sometimes. Also learn to read the room and peoples emotions. But the most important rule, is that there is a lot of people out there that will accept you. Don't get stuck on one group.
