As long as it is done semi-tastefully I don't mind. For example South Park, with Jimmy, he has a stammer and there are occasionally stammer related jokes however I feel like because he comes across as quite confident I dont mind it. In the context of South Park it is fine since nothing is off-limits so to speak.
