Sounds like you are doing a lot of great things already! Being open about it and not being ashamed is a huge step. I HATED it at first when I was a kid but I used to call places and ask simple questions like “what time are you open until” over and over and over. It helped me be comfortable on the phone. Getting comfortable about being in the uncomfortable helped me a lot. And realizing that ignoring those that are negative or mean and not listening to the people who try to put you down. I am in my 40s now but have been successful and have even done a key note on overcoming adversity a number of times in front of hundreds of people. I would be happy to get on a zoom call to talk with her to give her someone to talk to that has been through it if helpful. Overall, thank you for supporting her. We can often feel like no one understands. Esp us females since the % of people that stutter are mostly male.
