I use an app called "Headspace", it guides me through mindful meditation and diaphragmatic breathing. Also, I focus on being present and not paying attention to my stutter which in turn helps me with my stutter. Don't get me wrong, I still repeat and block however it is now few and far between. I am much more calm and confident. (You can also go to YouTube and learn about mindful meditation and diaphragmatic breathing)
