My stutter had come back really bad for the first time in many years

My stutter had come back really bad for the first time in many years When I was a kid my stutter was extremely bad and I ended up going to speech therapists for several years. It's been like 15 years since the last time I saw a speech therapist. I would still stutter sometimes when I was nervous but it was relatively kept in check. Now all of a sudden it has gotten much worse and I've had friends concerned about me. It's especially bad since I work at a call center and I've been having a lot of problems. I'm not sure what might have changed to cause this to happen.
