not a Christian but raised as one. The story of Moses. He was a stutterer and is A VERY IMPORTANT FIGURE in all abrahamic religions. With the support of his brother, he was able to achieve what he needed to do and get the footing to move forward. It reminds me that I do not need to suffer alone and that it is okay to ask for help, not as a crutch but as a push. The ones around you that love you will be there for you to help and will understand your circumstance. Makes me think of FDR and his wife, Eleanor. He was struck with Polio and unable to stand, so she supported him and spoke for him when he couldn't make public appearances. Obviously Polio and stuttering are two different things, but you get the point I'm making right? Anyways you are strong, you are loved, our speech is not what defines us and we shouldn't pigeon hole ourselves.
