SLP here. It sounds like you're blocking frequently and getting very very tense when this happens (hence the drooling - if your muscles are tensed up they won't allow you to swallow/control the door, and hence the pain too). Tensed muscles is typical of stuttering but you seem to be experiencing it more than the typical person. I'd highly recommend attempting speech therapy - make sure you find someone who is knowledgeable about stuttering and comfortable treating stuttering, as not all are. Feel free to 'shop around' - find someone who you connect with and feel comfortable with. And if you have tried it in the past and it hasn't worked, I'd recommend trying it again - I highly believe it's a matter of finding the right fit.
