For me meditation and/or breathing exercise (like the one by Wim Hof) helps. For important meetings/presentations, I take 'very' small dose of beta-blocker, combined with meditation to conjure a zen-like calmness within me. I still stutter, but not as bad. It also reduces performance anxiety. Hope this helps!
