And why is that exactly? Unlike other disabilites, stuttering is not a disability. No one in the history of time has been granted disability because they stutter. No science exists to explain the cause of stuttering. No science exists to effectively treat stuttering. Therefore someone asking for cash donations towards the end of stuttering is nothing more than a scam. It is NOT possible for a charity to help stuttering unless its directly driving dollars into science directly related to this condition. Which it's not. It's instead paying someone a 6 figure income to do nothing to help those of us afflicted, directly or indirectly.
