The goal of the program is NOT to become a fluent speaker, but to be an eloquent speaker. Which means control over your speech and assertive self-acceptance of your stuttering. If use the program to become a fluent speaker, you set yourself up for failure, because you won't do everything required to really master the things that are being taught. Which includes stuttering on purpose to desensitize yourself.
