this is 100% it. I have also been doing the breathing and slow talking for a bit now, so its refreshing to see someone else has also found it helpful. I havent tried the prolonging technique yet, but im down to try it. One this that has also helped me a lot is making sure all of my worlds are articulated fully. This has helped me slow down when I forget to.
