You almost definitely have a stutter, my friend, welcome to the club. There is currently no known cure for a stutter but there are many support groups and kind people in the world to help you in this journey. The best advice I can give you is to reach out to the American Institute for Stuttering. They've helped me a lot with my journey and connected me with other stutterers.
