Have you tried meditation/mindfulness? It might a good idea to try it out before hypnotherapy. A lot of people think meditation is about clearing your mind, but it’s really about observing the thoughts that pop into your mind and giving yourself the power to separate from them. It’s not for everyone but in these quarantine times, it can’t hurt to try. I’m so sorry this is taking such a toll you. Feel free to PM me if you need to vent or just talk!
