IAmA SpeechEasy provider, AMA. I actually think the device is NOT a good fit in the majority of cases...there are a lot of stars that need to be aligned, so to speak, for it to be a worthwhile longtime investment. For the handful for whom it works, it is still only a partial solution and there is a lot of working-on-yourself that needs to happen. At the end of the day, the SE is still just one tool in a complex box. And an expensive one at that. LMK if you have questions! (Also be warned...a lot of SE providers are actually not terribly knowledgeable about stuttering. Which is a recipe for disappointment and misinformation.)
