I am having a bad week too! There is a lot going on in the world right now, maybe you’re not directly stressed, but hearing about everything thats happening, maybe you’re subconsciously stressed and thinking about it. Here are some of my suggestions: Read a book for an hour or so, concentrate on the voice in your head reading the words. Sing a song you like, super loudly! Let everyone hear your voice! Meditate for a good 10-20 minutes, or just 5 minutes everyday, fill your lungs with air and exhale (maybe make a sound like an ummmmm when u r exhaling, so you could hear yourself) Relax, take deep breathes, relax your shoulders, your jaws, your back, stretch and move a bit- you’re good, we’re good and life will be good again soon! And there is no shame in staying lowkey for 2-3 days until this bad phase is over, dont pressure yourself! It’s the last thing we need 😊
