Well im sorry to hear that :(. My only suggests would be to great some reading materials and keep looking for good therapists who have seen this before, i know they're out there. Like i said, though this is unusual, it's not unheard of. This is one of the go-to books on just about all aspects of stuttering. It's available free so check it out.
