I made big progress with my stammer this year. Main thing I made progress on are those "secondary behaviors" like stay quiet, avoid social interactions, general social anxiety etc. and later this year I hard accepted that stammer/stutter is part of who I am and I will so much better about it. Stammer itself is inconsistent. I would talk great (small blocks) with few people that day but then start to have big blocks with someone, but this year instead of continuing to have big blocks for the rest of the day, I learn to reset myself. Also I started to read more about it and ways to improve it so I started to test what works for me.
