Auto suggestion helps me a ton. I do it to and from my drive from work which is about 25 min. I have 10 suggestions that I say 10-20 times each. Don’t expect immediate results but after a while I really start to notice a shift in my mood/mindset. Also, say your suggestions with passion and enthusiasm If you don’t buy in/believe what you’re saying then the whole thing is pointless
