Yeah, part of the reason I’m so proactive is because it’s hard for him to communicate. The stutter isn’t going anywhere. The focus is on communication. He has speech therapy and there it’s about giving him tools so he feels in charge. I’m happy to hear that you are advocating for yourself. It’s so hard because you’re finding your strength in your vulnerability. It takes courage. Know that I’ve taken your words to heart and you’ve already helped another kid. So you’ve empowered yourself and another. I think that’s the good we can find in this journey.
