Try to ignore any negative thoughts. Just ignore them. Man, in the past I could have literally suicidal thoughts when I stuttered badly. So I know what you mean. But since I started to ignore the negative thoughts, things got better. I feel better. ​ If you dont know how to ignore some thoughts, you can start with mindfullness meditation. It is not that hard.
